Rick Abelson is recognized as a leader and visionary in creating culturally significant land planning developments worldwide. Lead Planner & Project Designer
Mike is senior conceptual and architectural designer with a diverse range of project types to his credit. For over a decade, his projects in entertainment, retail and the resort industry have taken him to remote outposts of the world including Australia, China, South Korea, Thailand, Europe, Mexico, and Canada. Well versed in many architectural traditions, Mike’s involvement on projects encompasses both planning and architecture. He has provided creative direction for Walt Disney Imagineering, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and a whole host of other innovative companies and world famous individuals. Mike’s unique global approach and eclectic clients have influenced his current work on several luxury resort projects in California that reflect his commitment to community and the environment, including California’s Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur and the El Capitan Canyon Resort in Santa Barbara.

Dalan Garcia has over 15 years of graphic design and publishing experience in a wide variety of media. He has created and developed detailed brand strategies for multimillion dollar land companies that have specialize in new community development throughout the United States. Dalan is responsible for the graphic design, logos identity and the final documentation for all OLP projects and making sure that the quality and consistency is through for each assignment. He designed and manages the OLP website in responsible for the promotion of the brand throughout the real estate industry. Dalan coordinates the online database and web links to advertisers and manages the technology backbone for the virtual company to keep the caliber of the work and production high and the overhead low so we can pass the savings along to our clients.

Alex has over 23 years experience in the field of architecture, including 11 years in his own private practice focusing upon providing conceptual design and illustration services. He is a master in designing early impressions on a wide variety of land uses and building types and styles and his graphics have been featured in many prominent architectural journals and at land development conventions and trade shows. His clients are a who’s who of the most active design and planning firms in the world RTKL, HOK, Gensler, Altoon & Porter, Langdon Wilson Architects; MBH Architects; Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut & Kuhn Architects; Knott’s Berry Farm and Universal Studios

George has worked in the energy sector for 35 years, starting in oil and gas exploration, production and related segments of hydrocarbon processing. Since 1985, George’s career is focused on efficient power distribution, energy management and renewable energy applications for large scale residential and commercial land development. George drafted the legislation for New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson to allow cogeneration on private lands and was signed into law in March 2007. George was Director of the prestigious Houston Advanced Research Center focusing on clean and renewable energy and has worked for Mitchell Energy and Development, Stone and Webster Engineering, Houston Light and Power, Reliant Energy, and CenterPoint Energy.
George’s recent accomplishments include completing design and testing of a 150KW wind turbine project in Houston, completing two 6500’ exploratory water wells in Albuquerque and designing an integrated solar, wind and bio remediation energy system for a private land development company.
