Once you have viewed our samples, recognized the great value of OLP, and have a strong idea of the potential your land holds, you are ready to complete our online application and Start Planning Today. Our online application will ask you detailed questions about your land and its potential uses. This will help us in the planning process to maximize our ability to provide the best site plan and supporting graphics to help articulate your vision.

After you have completed our online application our lead planner will be calling you to set up a conference call to discuss in greater detail the vision, intended uses, and zoning regualtions for your land. OLP will then have a clear direction on how to unlock your land’s physical possibilities and create an authentic identity that can help you stimulate market activity and offer value added potential.

OLP will need to receive by mail or email; Property Plot Plan, Context Photos and Site Photos, and any aerial photographs and surveys you may have (please send .pdf or .jpg files; we have a convenient online service available for you to upload your information).
